How Does Woof Work?

Timers: Home & Away

Woof uses geolocation timers linked to your home address to monitor you and your pet’s wellbeing. These timers are pre-set by you and only need to be set once – Woof will remember your setting.
Geolocation

Timers automatically start when you leave home and stop when you return. If your timers expire – that means that your pet’s wellbeing may be at risk and Woof support automatically kicks in.
Woof Support & Wellness Check

Woof Support will reach out to you and your emergency contact list to confirm your wellbeing and attempt to get your pet help via your network. With our full support model, we will initiate a wellness check if necessary to rescue your pet.
Pet Passport

We capture important information about your pet and we pass this on to your pet beneficiary or anyone else caring for your pet.
Instantly send your Pet Passport to anyone who may be watching your pet temporarily.
